AI Automation in Savannah, Working Nationwide

Practical AI and workflow automation for businesses based in Savannah and across the United States.

Start with a process worth improving

SwiftSetter AI helps examine repetitive work, choose a focused first workflow and define the systems it needs. Common starting points include inquiry routing, task notifications, approved follow-up and public-information FAQ assistants. Every custom project starts with feasibility and scope rather than a blanket promise to automate the whole business.

A clear first engagement

Begin with a no-obligation conversation about the current process. If account investigation, prototyping or deeper mapping is needed, that discovery phase is quoted before it starts. Implementation is priced after the process, dependencies and acceptance criteria are understood.

Build for the actual handoff

The scope should identify approved actions, exceptions and human review. Testing covers agreed inputs, failures and handoff scenarios. Documentation and account ownership are part of the launch conversation. Ongoing automation care is a separate service with defined coverage and allowances.

Availability and scope

Public FAQ assistants and custom workflows are reviewed individually. Voice reception and autonomous appointment setting remain in development. Sensitive-data workflows, restricted platforms and custom APIs require additional assessment. No guaranteed revenue, uptime or unlimited support is implied.

AI Executive Assistant — in development

Our upcoming standalone internal assistant, using AI Executive Assistant as a working name, is designed to support priorities, email drafts, calendars, lead follow-ups and reporting, with research and strategy support. It is distinct from our customer-facing AI appointment setter. Tap-to-talk is the planned initial experience; hands-free and wake-word access are future goals, not available features.

Integrations require compatibility review and authorization. The planned commercial model is a setup fee plus a monthly plan with included usage and disclosed overages; prices are still being validated. Request early access, or explore the product concept.

Savannah roots. Nationwide collaboration.

We are based in Savannah, Georgia and work with businesses nationwide through remote discovery, reviews and documented handoff. Project access, tools and responsibilities are agreed before delivery. Start with one useful improvement, then evaluate the next step.

Questions to ask before a project

Do we have to automate the whole business?

No. Start with one process, an owner and a clear measure. Expand only after the first workflow has been tested and its support responsibilities are understood.

Is the Executive Assistant available today?

No. The standalone product is in development. Early access is an expression of interest, not a purchase or a promised launch date. Compatibility and permissions are reviewed before connecting business tools.

Is a chatbot the same as an autonomous agent?

No. A public FAQ assistant answers within approved information; a task-taking agent can act in connected tools and needs a different scope, permissions and testing.

Where does your business get stuck?

Start with a no-obligation conversation. We’ll help identify a focused first project and quote any deeper discovery before it begins.
